Rawalpindi, November 07, 2023 :On Tuesday, officials from the Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) successfully neutralized an explosive device.
Rawalpindi police called in the Bomb Disposal Squad when they discovered a suspicious device on Adiala Road.
Upon arrival, the BDS conducted an examination and confirmed the presence of explosives within the device, which was subsequently rendered safe by their personnel.
Earlier, there was a tragic incident involving an improvised explosive device (IED) blast in Bettani, Lakki Marwat, which claimed the lives of at least two individuals, including a child.
Additionally, three people, including a woman, sustained injuries as a result of the blast. Police authorities have confirmed that all the victims, both deceased and injured, are from the same family.
