Flynn Unbeaten knock as England’s PD beat Pakistan in inaugural tie of World Disability Series

London, August 6, 2019: A brilliant unbeaten 69 from Callum Flynn along 47 from JT Goodwin helped England to beat Pakistan Pd NatWest Physical Disability IT20 World -Series to an exciting 3-wicket win at Kidderminster Cricket Club.

Optioned to bat first Pakistan posted a decent total of 155-7 Jahanzaib Tiwana was the top scorer with 41 off 41 balls and Saif Ullah 22 off 23 balls with 4 fours Muhammad Shahbaz 22 off 18 balls with 3 fours and a six. Debutant Hamza Hameed 22 off 33 balls with 4 fours also batted well from Pakistan.

Slow left armer Dan Hamm  3-19 in 4 overs while Paceman Jordan Williams 2-31 was the picked up the bowlers.

England in reply due to fantastic match winning unbeaten half-century 69 runs off 49 balls with nine boundaries and one six by Lancastrian Callum Flynn along with 47 off 31 balls with five fours JT Goodwin to see England home 155 by 7 wickets with 4 balls to spare.

Left-arm spinner Waqif Shah grabbed 2-27 and Skipper Nihar Alam 1- 26. Later The chief guest president Nipal wheelchair cricket association Chhultim Gyapzen Sherpa was given Man of the  match award Callum flynn (England Pd).
