Karachi, July, 7, 2020: The network system of Jazz-the largest telecom company in Pakistan, was temporary suspended on Tuesday morning in Karachi.
This caused severe problems to the customers of Jazz and Warid.
According to the details, the signals of Jazz suddenly stopped working on Tuesday morning, of which Jazz and Warid service was completely suspended in many areas.
At first, users thought there was a problem with their mobile phones, but when people checked through various sources, they found out that Jazz’s and Warid service has been completely suspended.
Many users contacted the helpline through other companies’ networks but not received any significant response from Jazz customer care center.

Jazz and Warid’s mobile network went down at a time when people have the necessary work in the morning. Mobile service as well as net/ data service of Jazz and Warid was shut down, making it difficult for people to do office work during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
According to industry sources, Jazz hasn’t upgraded its network for a long time, causing problems for users on Tuesday morning.
Consumers have demanded that Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) should take immediate action against Jazz to prevent such issue in the future.
Most importantly, despite hours long suspension of the service, Jazz management has not apologized to the users even through message services.
It should be noted that Jazz had acquire Warid a few years ago and currently it is Pakistan’s largest secular’s service provider company.
Jazz has accepted that earlier on Tuesday, the network services in Karachi were disrupted owing to faults in the fiber optic network due to water accumulation and power breakdown post rainfall.
Jazz spokesperson said that technical teams responded immediately to ensure that network connectivity was restored as soon as possible.
It may be mentioned here that Jazz claimed that its is the most popular telecom brand of Pakistan and Jazz is a complete eco-system for its consumers bringing Jazz Super 4G, Jazz Cash, Jazz Wi-fi Devices, but unfortunately customers are facing several time difficulties in the services .
