Patron in Chief PDCA rejects corruption allegations

Karachi, August 8, 2019: Saleem Karim Patron in Chief Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association (PDCA) has categorically rejected the corruption allegation in the Association.

In a video message, he has said that all corruption allegations against Pakistan disable cricket are baseless.

“PDCA has limited sources of funds and even for this world cup tournament overall expenses were estimated Rs 12.5 million, while available funds were Rs 9 million”, he mentioned and added that Chief Minister has pledged an amount of Rs 5 million and including this amount, overall funds will be Rs 14 million for the world cup series.

“The association has limited funds as compared to rising expenses. With limited funds corruption is impossible in the association,” he said.

“We started disable cricket in Pakistan at that time when nobody was unaware of this cricket and now it is being played worldwide”, Saleem said

“We are unable to understand that without funds how can corruption will be done in the Association,” he added.
