Pilgrims immigration plans at Pakistani airports

Islamabad, March 30, 2019: In order to facilitate the Pakistan pilgrims, Saudi Arabia has decided to do the immigration process of Hujjaj at Pakistani airports.

Sources told TheBizUpdate.com that during the visit of Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, Prime Minister Imran Khan urged for maximum facilities for Pakistani pilgrim. Following the meeting between the leaders of two countries a high profile Saudi delegation is arriving Pakistan from April 1 to review the facilities at Pakistani airports.

Sources said that Saudi delegation will visit Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar airport for conducting Immigration process at local airports instead of Saudi Airports.

This year some 190,000 Pakistani pilgrims are expected to travel Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj. This facility will ease the Hajj process and Hujjaj will not be required for the immigration process at Saudi Airports.
