Karachi, March 29, 2022: Federal Minister Asad Umar has stated on Tuesday that the Prime Minister is ready to show the threatening letter from a foreign country to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Justice Umar Ata Bandial.
Asad Umar while addressing a press conference in Islamabad briefed the media about the threatening letter. “The reason why the PM didn’t show the letter to people is that national secrets are very sensitive matters, therefore, only few credible authorities or persons can be trusted by the PM to share such information with,” said Asad.
He claimed that some foreign powers are behind this no-confidence movement. “The letter is prior to the no-confidence movement and it has clearly mentioned that the outcome will be worse in case this
movement fails,” said Asad.
Asad said that Nawaz Sharif is having meetings with the agencies of different countries in London, and this no-confidence movement is the result of those meetings.
“The content of the letter is directly connected to our foreign policy,” said Asad.
