Shereen, Muhammadullah shine as Afghanistan clintch 2nd consecutive victory

London, August 7, 2019: Afghanistan Physical Disabled cricket team registered their second consecutive win by beating Pakistan Pd by 26 runs in the NatWest physical disability IT20 World series 2019 here on Tuesday at Bromsgrove CC Ground.

Muhammadullah Amadzai smashed a breezy 60 and Jameel Shah scored brilliant 47 they added 102 runs for the second wicket partnership followed up a deadly spell of slow left armer Shereen 4 Wickets wicket to grabbed yet another victory for Ahm who had also won the inaugural match of the tri-series in 2018.

The ground was very beautiful when Pakistan Pd chose to bowl first after winning the toss. Afghanistan batsman entertained the crowd with sizzling strokes and piled up a competitive total of 142  for five. In rain deducted 16. 

Muhammad Ullah slammed three sixes and five boundaries while in his 60 off 36 balls. The Pakistan batsman momentum was maintained, Zubair Zadran took two wickets for 13 runs.

Pakistan could manage 116 in 16 overs despite the heroics of Hasnain Alam, who scored 28 balls 35, laced with 4 fours and one Six. Man of the match Shereen Agha banged 4-28, Zubair Zardan  2-13  well supported to Shereen.

In another match host, England Pd vs Bangladesh was abandoned both team awarded 2 points each.
