There are two major factors, one is that Industries which have been given permission are facing tough time to run as their production is dependent on their supplies from venders and number two is that supplies in local market are almost finished. In addition, due to such a long closure, many businessmen have spent their capital and might not be able to resume and remaining are in very difficult position.
