Saudi Arabia, November 02, 2023 : In order to ensure a smooth and well-organized pilgrimage experience for millions of Muslims around the world, Saudi Arabia has formulated a flight operations strategy for Hajj 2024.
The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) in Saudi Arabia has released a detailed schedule related to “pre-judge” flights, set to commence on May 9, 2024, and continue to arrive in Saudi Arabia until June 10, 2024.
Meanwhile, the return journey for pilgrims from Saudi Arabia is scheduled to begin on June 20, 2024, while the last flight for Hajj 2024 will depart from Saudi Arabia on July 21, 2024.
As per GACA notification, airlines from various countries, including Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), can submit applications for pre- and post-Hajj flight operations until January 1, 2024.
