Karachi, October 23, 2024: Spotify has unveiled a new feature allowing music fans to design and customize their playlist cover art, ensuring playlists look as good as they sound.
With over 8 billion playlists created globally, Spotify users can now personalize their playlists with text, background colours, gradients, stickers, and images. This feature is rolling out in beta to English-speaking users across 65 markets.
To use the “Create Cover Art” feature, users can follow these steps in the Spotify mobile app:
- Select an existing playlist or create a new one.
- Tap the context menu (…) and choose “Create Cover Art.”
- Customize with various elements like text, images, backgrounds, and stickers.
- Once completed, the playlist will display the new cover art, which can be shared with friends.
This new functionality enhances user creativity and allows each playlist to reflect individual musical tastes.
