The management trainee programme attracted 3,912 registrations, with 19 candidates selected after a multi-stage recruitment process.
Bank Alfalah has onboarded 19 candidates into its Alfa Lead Management Trainee Program 2026, continuing its efforts to develop future leaders for the banking sector.
Launched in 2015, the programme provides structured learning, cross-functional exposure and mentorship from senior leadership to prepare young professionals for future management roles.
Bank Alfalah launched the nationwide recruitment campaign for the 2026 programme in February, inviting applications from graduates of universities in Pakistan and abroad.
More Than 3,900 Candidates Registered
The programme received 3,912 registrations for its competency-based gamified assessment, marking the highest participation recorded in recent years, according to the bank.
The selection process involved several stages. A total of 302 candidates were shortlisted for assessment centres, while 100 advanced to panel interviews. From these, 52 high-potential candidates were shortlisted as finalists.
Following the selection process, 19 candidates were chosen and onboarded into the programme.
The recruitment process reflects the bank’s focus on identifying emerging talent and preparing graduates for professional opportunities in the financial sector.
Bank Alfalah Highlights Investment in Young Talent
Faisal Farooq Khan, Chief Human Resource Officer at Bank Alfalah, said investing in young talent remained an important part of the bank’s future strategy.
He said the Alfa Lead programme aims to develop future-ready leaders who can contribute to the bank and Pakistan’s financial sector.
Through structured development and exposure to different business functions, the programme seeks to equip participants with the skills and experience needed to take on future leadership responsibilities.
Bank Alfalah said the initiative remains part of its broader commitment to talent development and building the next generation of banking professionals.
