Karachi, October 13, 2023: Sindh Governor Mohammed Kamran Khan Tessori on Friday met Caretaker Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani in federal capital.
According to a Governor House communique here, in the meeting, measures to improve Pakistan’s image, Pakistan’s position on the Palestine issue and other matters of mutual interests were discussed.
The governor said that Pakistan’s position on Kashmir and Palestine was very clear, urging the Muslim Ummah to try to resolve problem of Palestine.
Earlier to this, Israel said the Iran-backed group had declared war as its army confirmed fighting with militants in several Israeli towns and military bases near Gaza and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to retaliate.
“Our enemy will pay a price the type of which it has never known,” he said. “We are in a war and we will win it.”
At least 22 Israelis were killed in the attack so far, Israel’s ambulance service said. Around 545 Israelis had been wounded, the health ministry said.
