KARACHI, November 22 2024: In a groundbreaking move, 10Pearls has introduced Pakistan’s first fully remote, AI-powered internship program, 10Pearls Shine, aimed at equipping students with both technical expertise and essential leadership skills. The eight-week program offers a multi-tiered curriculum that includes a blend of hands-on technical training and soft skills development, preparing participants for successful careers in technology.
The 10Pearls Shine initiative, designed to be fully virtual, has received an overwhelming response, attracting more than 10,000 applicants from across the country. After a competitive selection process, only 100 exceptional students were chosen to participate, forming two distinct cohorts. These students come from some of Pakistan’s most prestigious universities, including LUMS, IBA, and FAST, ensuring a diverse and highly talented group.
The internship program is tailored to provide in-depth exposure to the tech industry by assigning each participant a dedicated technical mentor. These mentors guide the interns through real-world projects in their chosen tech domain, helping them gain practical experience while learning industry-relevant skills. In addition to technical expertise, the program focuses on building leadership qualities and encouraging students to expand their professional networks and create valuable connections that will benefit them throughout their careers.
