KARACHI, December 03 2024: The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) is set to participate in Automechanika Istanbul 2025, a premier event for the automotive aftermarket industry. Scheduled to take place from June 12 to 15, 2025, at the Istanbul TUYAP Fair and Congress Center, this exhibition will offer Pakistani businesses a golden opportunity to showcase their products and expand their reach in the global market.
Automechanika Istanbul is a prominent international trade fair known for displaying the latest trends and innovations in the automotive sector. With over 1,450 exhibitors from 35 countries and more than 60,000 visitors from across the globe, this event serves as a vital platform for networking and business growth.
TDAP is offering subsidized stalls to encourage Pakistani businesses in various sectors including parts and components, car accessories, electronics, tyre and wheel manufacturing, diagnostics, and even autonomous driving technologies. By facilitating participation, TDAP aims to boost the export potential of Pakistani companies and enhance their global visibility.
In the previous edition of the event in 2024, 13 Pakistani exhibitors, including renowned names like Ahmad Traders, Darson Industries, Excel Engineering, and General Tyres, represented Pakistan on the global stage. This year, TDAP continues to make its presence felt by offering subsidized rates for Pakistani businesses, with each stand available for just PKR 637,000—significantly lower than the direct stand cost of around PKR 1.8 million.
This initiative by TDAP is expected to not only increase Pakistan’s exports but also promote the local automotive industry’s capabilities in the international market, providing a significant push for growth in the years ahead.
