Karachi, March 26, 2019: Pakistan on Tuesday announced to end the NOC regime for foreigners. Now the foreign tourists can visit beautiful areas of Pakistan without prior NOC from the government of Pakistan.
“Another landmark achieved as NOC regime for foreigners come to an end”, federal minister for information Fawad Chaudhry made this announcement through a message on his Twitter. He also shared a notification issued by the Interior Ministry.

Minister said that this decision has been made following the vision of Prime Minister Imran Khan to make Pakistan heaven for tourists.
With new visa regime this important policy decision of ending NOC requirements is a leap, he added.
Under the notification, “Free movement of foreigners shall be allowed in open cantonments except prohibited and restricted areas with visible signboards.
According to notification, The border crossings will be open and non-restricted.
It may be mentioned here that for the first time in the history with positive policy by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government, foreign can visit certain parts of Pakistan without requirement of a NOC.
