Engr. Daroo Khan Achakzai leaves for Chengdu, Sichuan

Karachi, September 17, 2019: Engr. Daroo Khan Achakzai, President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) has left for Chengdu, Sichuan Province on the invitation of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) for Chairing the “South & Southeast Asia Business Leader Summit” to be held on September 17^th – 20^th , 2019 with the theme of Promoting in-depth cooperation in economy , trade and investment between Sichuan and South Southeast Asian Countries under the Belt and Road Initiative”.

The President FPCCI’s visit includes a main conference and four parallel meetings, e.g.“ China (Sichuan) – South & Southeast Asia Business Leaders Summit ” ; Promotion Meeting on Economic Development Opportunities and Investment Environment of South & Southeast Asian Countries ” ; “ Working Mechanism Roundtable Meeting of Chambers of Commerce & Industry and Associations in South & Southeast Asian Countries” ; B2B Matchmaking Meeting for All Participants ” and “ Site Visit of China (Sichuan) Pilot Free Trade Zone ”.

The summit is jointly endorsed by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Sichuan Provincial People’s Government; SAARC Chamber of Commerce & Industry and ASEAN – China Centre. The summit is expanded from “South Asia – Sichuan Business Promotion Roundtable Conference” , which has been held for 9 years , aimed at establishing a platform and providing broad business opportunities for entrepreneurs from South & Southeast countries and regions.
