Quetta, April 18, 2019: Unidentified armed men shot dead 14 persons at Makran Coast Highway, all those men were taken out of the buses and killed.
According to ISPR, on April 18, 2019, between 00:30 am night April 19, Aslam Dandai coach (BSA-168) travelling from Karachi to Gwadar was stopped at Buzi top area by armed persons wearing camouflage uniform reportedly 15 to 20 in numbers.
They have stopped 5 to 6 buses coming from KHI to Gawadar and going from Gawadar to Karachi. They have checked CNIC of passengers and offload them from vehicles and killed them. Information says that 16 men were offloaded, among 14 were targeted including 1 soldier PCG, 1 navy and 2 managed to escape and reached nearest levies CP.
Dead bodies were recovered from Noor Bakash hotel. Dead bodies of 12 personnel, 1 personnel 4PCG and 1 naval personnel shifted to darmanga Hospital Ormara, he concluded.
The Minister of Municipality Sindh, Saeed Ghani, on the incident of Makran Coast Highway, condemned in severe words.
The high-level inquiry of this incident should be called and punished every individual involved in it, he said.
We stand up with the Family of the martyrdom of the tragedy and share it in grief, he added.
