Abbottabad, November 16, 2023 : On Thursday, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman and former foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari appealed to the public to afford him an opportunity in the 2024 general elections to serve them.
During a public gathering in Abbottabad as part of the election campaign, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated, “It is better to give me a chance rather than making people prime minister for the second or fourth time.” He assured the public that he wouldn’t disappoint them if given the opportunity.
Bilawal emphasized that it is time for elder politicians to take a rest at home. He expressed concern that the issues of the masses won’t be resolved if the old enmity persists among political leaders.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari remarked that finding solutions to problems isn’t challenging; what is needed is the will to serve the masses. He emphasized that the PPP believes in the power of the people and has consistently represented the common citizens.
Highlighting the party’s efforts, Bilawal stated that the PPP has consistently worked to alleviate poverty and address inflation, which have adversely affected the lives of the people. He asserted that his party is poised to win the general elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, despite feeling “cornered” in previous elections.
