Karachi, May 16, 2019: The TCS Group has announced two senior level appointments which are part of the company’s ambitious growth plans.
On the occasion of its 36th anniversary, the company has appointed Muhammad Harris Jamali as Group Head of Strategy and Faizan Siddiqi as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Digital Transformation. While these two are Group Holding company appointments, the operating companies, TCS (Pvt.) Ltd. and TCS Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. will continue to function under the leadership of Salman Akram who has been with TCS for the past 15 years progressing from Head of Sales to his current position as CEO of the two main operating companies of the group.
Faizan is an accomplished growth-hacker with experience in steering institutions towards digital transformation, revenue diversification, and operational maturity. Most recently he served as the MD responsible for digital growth, platform modernization & monetization at the Jang Media Group. Formerly, he was MD at Digital Globe Services and a Board Member of its Asian Subsidiary.
Harris Jamali brings over a decade of international strategic and financial advisory experience and in-depth sector expertise across the transport and logistics value chain.
These appointments aim to realize the true potential of the company and continue delivering value for its customers nationwide and globally, whilst also connecting new regional trade lanes and deepening access to grassroots communities.
