Zong Makes History with Double Win at Asian Experience Awards 2026

KARACHI, October 6, 2026: Zong has made history by becoming the first Pakistani brand to receive recognition at the Asian Experience Awards, winning two prestigious awards at the 2026 edition held in Singapore.

Zong won the Pakistan Brand Experience of the Year [Telecommunications] award for its My5 Family Sharing Package Campaign, while its My Zong App Campaign received the Pakistan Digital Experience of the Year [Telecommunications] award.

The double recognition highlights Zong’s growing focus on technology, connectivity, customer insights and artificial intelligence to create seamless and personalised digital experiences.

The My5 Family Sharing Package was developed to address the changing needs of connected families. The package combines connectivity with value-added features, including insurance coverage, lifestyle benefits and digital streaming access. Zong said the offering provides customers with a flexible alternative to traditional home broadband services.

Meanwhile, the My Zong App brings several digital services together on a single platform. The AI-powered ecosystem includes self-service options, digital payments, loyalty features and AI-based customer support, giving users greater convenience and control.

The two awards also reinforce Zong’s brand promise, “Aisa Hai Future,” which focuses on using technology and innovation to improve everyday customer experiences.

Commenting on the achievement, Zong Head of Marketing Sajid Munir said the two awards marked a significant milestone for the company and a proud moment for Pakistan.

He said the recognition demonstrated that the future of connectivity is not only about faster networks but also about creating intelligent, meaningful and seamless experiences for customers.
