LAHORE, October 7, 2026: Boltlike Solutions, a Brillanz Group company and Official Audience Intelligence Partner of MADsemble 2026, has launched its next-generation audience intelligence ecosystem in Lahore.
The launch took place at The Nishat Hotel. The new ecosystem covers television, digital and connected TV.
It aims to help advertisers, broadcasters and media agencies understand where audiences are, what they watch and how their attention is changing.
The launch was held alongside an industry discussion hosted by Boltlike. The session was titled “The Audience We Think We Know – One Audience. Many Screens.”
Representatives from PEMRA, broadcasters, media agencies, advertisers and OTT platforms joined the discussion.
They examined changing audience habits and the need for better ways to measure audiences across different screens.
Today, viewers move between television, YouTube, social video, streaming services and connected TV. In response, Boltlike introduced three key solutions: BoltTAM, BoltAI and BoltCTV.
BoltTAM is a PEMRA-licensed television audience measurement platform. It measures TV viewing at the individual viewer level through a representative audience panel.
BoltAI is an independent digital audience intelligence platform in Pakistan. It monitors and analyses millions of videos and audience signals across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and other major digital platforms.
The platform also tracks new content and audience engagement at scale. In addition, its cross-platform de-duplication between YouTube and Facebook helps identify overlapping audiences.
This gives advertisers and media professionals a clearer view of audience behaviour. It also helps them understand what people watch and where their attention is moving.
Meanwhile, BoltCTV focuses on connected television. It brings live TV, on-demand content and apps together through a smart connected-TV experience.
The platform also creates a measurable environment for connected-screen audiences.
“The audience hasn’t disappeared; it has moved across screens,” said Bilal Qureshi, Founder of Boltlike Solutions and Group CEO of Brillanz Group.
He said the industry has access to large amounts of data. However, the bigger challenge is understanding billions of fragmented audience signals.
Qureshi said Boltlike aims to go beyond ratings, views and followers. Instead, the company wants to provide a broader understanding of what audiences watch, what engages them and how their attention moves across platforms.
The Boltlike panel featured two discussions titled “The Viewer” and “The Currency.”
The first session focused on changing audience behaviour across television, streaming, digital and social platforms.
Participants included Umair Masoom, Founder & Group CEO of myco Holdings; Waqas Junaid, Director Digital Products and Strategy at Jazz; Arij Awais, Director Marketing & Growth at foodpanda; and Farhan Khan, CEO of Z2C Limited.
The second session, “The Currency,” examined how audience measurement affects media planning, buying and advertising investment.
Participants included Sikander Choudry, Executive Member of PEMRA; Jerjees Seja, CEO of ARY Digital Network; Ateeq Ur Rehman, CEO of WPP Media; and Bilal Qureshi, Founder of Boltlike Solutions.
“BoltTAM, BoltAI and BoltCTV each provide a different lens on the audience,” said Faisal Paracha, Managing Director of Boltlike Solutions.
He said the company aims to make these audience signals more useful when combined. At the same time, the solutions will remain independent of media buying and selling.
Both discussions were moderated by Maryam Wazirzada, Managing Partner at iris & FranklinCovey Pakistan.
The launch comes as audiences continue to move between television, digital platforms, streaming services and connected screens.
Boltlike’s new ecosystem aims to give Pakistan’s media and advertising industry a clearer view of this changing audience landscape.
