KE Holds Six Facilitation Camps Across Karachi, Recovers Rs23 Million in Dues

Karachi, February 12, 2026: K-Electric (KE) organised six facilitation camps, commonly known as Khuli Kachehris, across various areas of Karachi, attracting more than 2,400 customers and recovering approximately Rs23 million in outstanding dues.

The camps were set up in North Karachi, Surjani, Bin Qasim, Zamzama, New Karachi, and Shah Faisal Colony. Customers were provided on-the-spot assistance regarding billing concerns, meter-related queries, and regularisation of electricity connections.

According to KE, the initiative is part of its broader customer engagement and recovery drive. During FY26, the power utility has organised more than 100 facilitation camps across its service territory, particularly focusing on neighborhoods with limited banking access. The camps aim to make support services more accessible and enable customers to settle pending dues conveniently.

Commenting on the outreach efforts, KE spokesperson Imran Rana said facilitation camps serve as an important platform for direct interaction with customers.

“Facilitation camps play a crucial role in allowing our customers to access essential services within their own neighborhoods, while enhancing interaction with KE to build trust,” he said.

He added that KE will continue its recovery efforts while ensuring customers are provided every possible opportunity to clear their outstanding dues.

The initiative reflects KE’s continued efforts to strengthen customer engagement, improve bill recovery, and streamline service delivery across Karachi.
