ISLAMABAD, April 30, 2026: Murree Brewery, Pakistan’s oldest and leading beverage manufacturer, has announced plans to begin exports and has invited applications from distributors to support its international expansion in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic product segments.
The company has called for distribution partners for the export of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to a wide range of countries, including Afghanistan, Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bahrain, Canada and several other international markets.
Founded in 1860, Murree Brewery is the country’s oldest and largest producer of alcoholic beverages. Based in Rawalpindi and managed by the Bhandara family since 1947, the company has long dominated Pakistan’s legal alcohol market with flagship products such as Murree Beer, vodka, and whiskey.
In addition to its alcoholic portfolio, the company also produces a range of non-alcoholic beverages and is increasingly focusing on expanding this segment as part of its long-term growth strategy.
Industry observers see the export initiative as a significant step in expanding the company’s international footprint, particularly in markets with demand for both premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
The move reflects Murree Brewery’s broader strategy to diversify revenue streams and tap into high-growth global beverage markets while strengthening its presence beyond Pakistan.
