KARACHI :June 23,2026: Saudia, the national carrier of Saudi Arabia, won the 2026 APEX Award for Best Cabin Service in the Middle East. The APEX Awards ceremony took place in Dublin during the Future Travel Experience (FTE) EMEA event, which focuses on innovation in aviation.
The recognition matters for Pakistan, a key market for Saudia. The airline continues to serve strong demand for religious, business, and leisure travel between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. As a result, the award further strengthens its position on this route.
APEX based its rankings on verified passenger feedback. More than one million flights across 600 airlines were evaluated in the 2026 cycle. The assessment covered cabin service, seat comfort, food and beverages, entertainment, and Wi-Fi.
Speaking on the achievement, Saudia Chief Guest Experience Officer Rossen Dimitrov said the award reflects the dedication of the airline’s cabin crew. He added that the crew delivers consistent hospitality, warmth, and professionalism across all flights. Moreover, he said Saudia continues to improve its guest experience across its global network.
In addition, Saudia highlighted its ongoing transformation programs, including the New Saudia Experience and Saudia BEYOND. These initiatives train frontline staff and standardize service quality. Consequently, they aim to ensure a consistent and authentic Saudi hospitality experience at every stage of travel.
