KARACHI, September 4, 2026: MG Motor Pakistan has introduced the All New MG HS Petrol in Karachi during its “Experience More Karachi” brand event.
The event brought together MG customers, business partners, media representatives and automotive enthusiasts to explore the company’s latest vehicles, technology and mobility solutions.
The All New MG HS Petrol was launched at a price of PKR 8,999,999. However, MG Motor Pakistan has announced a limited-time introductory price of PKR 8,799,999. The booking amount has been set at PKR 1.5 million.
The new petrol variant joins the existing MG HS family, which includes the HS Hybrid+ and HS Super Hybrid. The expanded lineup gives customers more options based on their preferred balance of performance, fuel efficiency and driving needs.
The event also showcased MG’s wider vehicle portfolio in Pakistan. This included the All New MG ZS range, MG4 Urban EV and MG U9.
One of the highlights of the event was the IM5, which was showcased in Pakistan for the first time. The model has not yet been launched in the Pakistani market. Its display, however, gave visitors a look at MG’s global design direction, technology and future mobility plans.
Speaking at the event, Jianqiang Shao, CEO of MG Motor Pakistan, said the company wanted to bring MG’s latest technology and products closer to Pakistani customers.
He said Karachi was a city that had always embraced new ideas and that the company’s latest lineup showed both where MG stands today and where it is heading.
MG Motor Pakistan said the “Experience More Karachi” event reflects its focus on performance, efficiency, safety, technology and modern design.
With the addition of the new petrol-powered HS, MG is expanding its SUV lineup while continuing to offer hybrid and electric mobility options in Pakistan. The company also aims to strengthen its presence in the country by introducing more products from its global portfolio.
