Daraz Pakistan Launches Licensed E-Pharmacy for Authentic Medicines

KARACHI, August 19, 2026: Daraz Pakistan has launched its licensed e-pharmacy, expanding online access to authentic over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, vitamins, supplements and healthcare products across the country.

The new service operates through Daraz’s licensed pharmacy facility. Medicines are sourced, stored and dispensed according to applicable regulatory requirements and under pharmacist supervision.

At launch, the e-pharmacy offers more than 450 products from over 20 pharmaceutical and healthcare brands, including Haleon, Getz Pharma, Abbott, AGP, Nature’s Bounty, Route2Health and Searle.

The range includes DRAP-registered OTC medicines, vitamins, supplements and other healthcare essentials sourced through authorised channels.

Customers can place orders through the Daraz app and receive deliveries within one to three days in cities currently served by Daraz.

To mark the launch, Daraz Pakistan organised its first national E-Pharmacy Conference, bringing together pharmaceutical executives, healthcare entrepreneurs, pharmacists, industry leaders and other stakeholders.

The conference focused on the future of e-pharmacy, Pakistan’s digital healthcare ecosystem, pharmaceutical-sector innovation and compliance, and the evolving role of pharmacists. Mr. Shehryar Memon, Coordinator, Emergency Operations Center for Polio Eradication & Immunization, also attended the event.

During the conference, Daraz signed MoUs with 10 leading pharmaceutical partners. The agreements aim to strengthen cooperation in medicine authenticity, digital access and responsible fulfilment.

Daraz Pakistan Managing Director Ben Yi said customers should have convenient access to authentic medicines while maintaining the professional oversight and safeguards expected from a pharmacy.

The company said its e-pharmacy uses dedicated handling and fulfilment procedures for pharmaceutical products. Medicines are securely stored, carefully packed and transported through appropriate delivery channels to help maintain their quality.

The launch marks Daraz Pakistan’s expansion into essential healthcare categories and strengthens its role in the country’s growing digital healthcare ecosystem. The company plans to expand its product range and deepen partnerships with pharmaceutical companies as the e-pharmacy sector develops.
