Karachi – May 20, 2026: Yango Pakistan, part of Yango Group, has partnered with Jazz Business to launch discounted voice and internet bundles for partner drivers and couriers in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.
Through this initiative, drivers and couriers now access telecom packages at nearly 50% lower rates than standard market prices. As a result, they reduce operating costs while staying connected on the move.
Moreover, the initiative helps drivers navigate routes more efficiently and communicate easily with passengers. At the same time, it addresses rising telecom expenses that continue to pressure monthly earnings.
Currently, most drivers spend around PKR 1,200 to 1,500 each month on calls and data to remain active on platforms, according to internal research and driver feedback.
Speaking on the partnership, Yango Pakistan Country Head Miral Sharif said drivers remain the backbone of Yango’s operations. He added that the company supports them beyond business needs.
Furthermore, he said strong internet connectivity is essential for smooth operations. Therefore, the partnership with Jazz Business aims to reduce financial pressure and improve livelihoods while ensuring better connectivity on the road.
In addition, the collaboration brings together Pakistan’s mobility and telecom sectors. It strengthens support for the country’s growing ride-hailing and delivery ecosystem.
Meanwhile, improved access to affordable internet and call services is expected to boost driver satisfaction and platform engagement.
Earlier, Yango Pakistan launched its ‘Benefits Hub’ for partner drivers. Through it, drivers access discounts and deals on healthcare, education, fuel, lubricants, groceries, and other essentials.
