K-Electric (KE) and Bank Alfalah have launched a digital payment cashback campaign, allowing customers to pay bills via QR code in Alfa app and receive Rs 500.
The cashback is valid for bill amounts of Rs 5,000 or more. The offer is part of KE’s effort to increase digital adoption and encourage seamless, secure, and convenient transactions.
Currently, over 2.7 million KE customers are digitally connected, with 1.9 million actively paying monthly electricity bills online. This reflects a strong shift toward cashless and contactless payments across Karachi.

Noor Afshan, Head of Marketing & Customer Experience at KE, highlighted the importance of digital adoption. She said customers now prioritize convenience, and KE aims to provide faster and more rewarding bill payment experiences.
The collaboration with Bank Alfalah reinforces KE’s focus on building a frictionless digital ecosystem for Karachi, ensuring customers can manage essential services without visiting offices physically.
