KARACHI, June 11, 2026: Zong, a leading technology service provider in Pakistan, has partnered with the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) to launch a dedicated 5G Customer Facilitation Desk at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
The company aims to improve passenger experience. Therefore, it now offers SIM activation, high-speed mobile data, and real-time customer support upon arrival at one of the country’s busiest airports.
Moreover, this launch expands Zong’s airport facilitation model. The company has already implemented similar setups at Islamabad and Lahore airports. As a result, it continues to strengthen its focus on seamless digital connectivity for travelers.
In addition, Zong plans further expansion. It will install kiosks at Peshawar and Multan airports to widen its service network.

Speaking on the occasion, Zong Deputy Regional General Manager (South) Anas Matloob said Karachi airport plays a key role in national and international travel. Meanwhile, the Joint Director Commercial of Pakistan Airports Authority Karachi welcomed the collaboration. He said the airport focuses on improving passenger facilitation through modern services. Furthermore, he noted that the partnership with Zong enhances digital support and improves the overall travel experience.
