Avanceon Holds CY25 Briefing, Outlines Shift Toward Recurring Revenue and CY26 Growth Plan

KARACHI June 23 ,2026 : Avanceon Limited (AVN) held its corporate analyst briefing today to discuss CY25 results and future outlook. The company reported consolidated CY25 revenue of Rs15.9bn with EPS of Rs1.51, compared to Rs16.1bn and EPS of Rs5.11 in CY24. It also announced a dividend of Rs1 per share.

Looking ahead, the company set a CY26 revenue target of US$65–72mn. This is lower than its earlier US$100mn CY25 target. Moreover, Avanceon has now shifted its focus away from contractual and project-based work. Instead, it expects 80–90% of revenue to come from recurring and long-term customer relationships.

In addition, the company projected purchase order generation of US$75–83mn by end-CY26. This reflects a 34–48% year-on-year increase. Growth will mainly come from executing its existing backlog of about US$100mn. Out of this, around US$17mn is expected to convert into revenue in CY26. Meanwhile, recurring revenue is expected to reach US$7mn.

Furthermore, Avanceon is expanding its footprint in Kuwait, particularly in the oil and gas sector. The company expects this market to become a key growth driver over the next three years.

At the same time, management projected free cash flow of US$8–11mn by end-CY26. The company may use this cash for future investments or return it to shareholders through dividends.

Finally, management highlighted that revenue recognition remains uneven due to IFRS rules, with higher earnings typically recorded in Q4. However, the company expects a more balanced revenue and earnings profile by CY28.
