KARACHI, July 4,2026: Karandaaz Pakistan has partnered with D-Tech & Consultancy (DTC) to develop My Intelligent Assistant (MIA), an AI-powered solution designed to make digital financial services more accessible, user-friendly and inclusive across Pakistan.
The collaboration forms part of Karandaaz’s AI in Digital Payments Program. MIA will provide users with real-time, multilingual and personalized guidance while they use digital financial applications.
Karandaaz said rapid growth in digital payments has increased the number of users. However, many people still struggle with digital transactions due to limited digital literacy, language barriers and a lack of in-app guidance.
To address these challenges, MIA will offer context-aware assistance within digital finance platforms. The AI companion will guide users through transactions, improve confidence and help expand financial inclusion.
Moreover, Karandaaz and DTC aim to create a scalable framework for deploying AI-powered solutions across Pakistan’s digital financial ecosystem.
Karandaaz CEO Waqas ul Hasan said artificial intelligence can transform how people use digital financial services. He added that the organization is committed to promoting innovation and the responsible adoption of emerging technologies to make digital payments easier for all users.
Meanwhile, Adeel Dayo, Founder and CEO of D-Tech & Consultancy, said MIA will help millions of Pakistanis navigate mobile wallets and digital payment platforms more easily. He added that the initiative supports Pakistan’s broader goals of financial inclusion and digital transformation.
Through MIA, both organizations aim to strengthen trust in digital finance, improve user engagement and build a more inclusive financial ecosystem powered by responsible AI.
