Asim Azhar’s “Tu Hai Wohi” also features among the top picks. The singer gives a contemporary R&B treatment to the beloved 1982 Bollywood classic, combining Urdu, Punjabi and English.
The fourth selection, “Shikaar” by Talha Anjum, Talhah Yunus and Jokhay, highlights the growing international reach of Pakistani hip-hop. The track features sharp lyrics, wordplay and layered production.
Meanwhile, “Bewajah” by Hasan Raheem and Umair offers an experimental portrayal of two lovers caught in emotional uncertainty. The song presents both perspectives of the relationship and adds a distinctive cultural element with Hasan Raheem singing in Shina.
