Karachi, May 20, 2026: Pakistan Strengthens Presence at Automechanika Istanbul 2026, the region’s largest international automotive aftermarket exhibition, is currently underway at the TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center, Istanbul, marking its 25th anniversary with strong global participation and a notable presence from Pakistan’s engineering sector.
The exhibition has attracted significant international attention, featuring 1,369 exhibitors from 41 countries, with 55 percent foreign participation and 11 country pavilions, underscoring its status as a key global trade platform for the automotive aftermarket industry.
Pakistan’s participation is being led by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), which has maintained a consistent presence at Automechanika Istanbul for the past 12 years. This year, TDAP is showcasing a dedicated pavilion featuring 10 Pakistani companies, while Get Mechanic is participating independently, bringing the total number of Pakistani exhibitors to 11.
The TDAP pavilion highlights a diverse range of automotive manufacturing and engineering firms, including TM Rubber Industries, Ammarian Industry, Matchless Engineering, Metaline Industries, Ravi Autos Sheikhupura, Thermosole, Silver Falcon Engineering, Royal Tech, Zero Racing, and The General Tyres.
Independent exhibitor Get Mechanic is also representing Pakistan at the event, adding to the country’s visibility on the global stage.
Speaking at the exhibition, Mr. Usman Khadim, CEO of Get Mechanic, said this was the company’s first participation at Automechanika Istanbul and expressed satisfaction with the visitor turnout. He noted that the coming days are expected to be productive in terms of business opportunities and networking.
Mr. Osama Rasool, General Manager Business Development at TM Rubber Industries, also shared a positive outlook, stating that the strong response during the initial days has been encouraging and has reinforced confidence in the platform’s potential to generate meaningful trade connections.
Organizers and exhibitors alike noted that the strong international visitor engagement reflects growing interest in Pakistan’s industrial and engineering capabilities. The country’s consistent participation at global trade fairs continues to strengthen its position as an emerging player in the automotive aftermarket sector.
