KARACHI:,June 10,2026:The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) launches a nationwide survey on “User Experience of Digital Payment Services” to collect direct feedback from users across the country.
Over the years, SBP has introduced policy, regulatory, and infrastructure reforms. As a result, Pakistan’s digital payments ecosystem has expanded rapidly. It now includes mobile banking apps, digital wallets, cards, Raast, and IBFT services.
Moreover, digital payments have become part of daily life. Therefore, SBP focuses on understanding user experiences and expectations to improve service delivery.
Through this survey, SBP collects insights on usage patterns, service quality, ease of use, transaction reliability, complaint handling, fraud concerns, and overall satisfaction.
In addition, SBP developed the survey in consultation with key stakeholders. It forms part of the central bank’s evidence-based strategy to strengthen the digital financial ecosystem.
Finally, SBP will use the findings to improve safety, convenience, accessibility, and reliability of digital payment services in Pakistan.
